SOMFA MEDIA (SOMSCREEN MEDIA AND FILM AGENCY) is a Somali-based media and film production agency delivering impactful storytelling from Somalia to local and international audiences.
We produce news, feature stories, documentaries, and content that enhances humanitarian projects visibility for donors. Our work amplifies community voices and highlights social issues, resilience, and progress across the country.
SOMFA MEDIA also creates short and series films for community development and invests in the future of Somali storytelling by training and equipping youth with digital storytelling skills, led by senior filmmaker Abdulkadir Zubeyr, who brings over 20 years of media experience.
